摘　　要：人文素质教育是大学教育的基础。社会工作教育以其"助人自助"的专业精神,坚持以学生为本的教育理念,构建人文素质培养课程体系,组织学生参与体现人文关怀的社会实践,探索出了大学生人文素质培养的方法与途径,具有一定的指导意义和应用价值。Humanity character education is the foundation in higher education. According to the speciality spirit which ＂help those who help themselves＂, social work educaton insisted the thought of ＂serving for the students＂, constructed the course systems of humanity character, organized students＇ participation in social practices that the humanity is shown loving care for, explored the methods and ways, and possessed some guidance meanings and application values.
