孙子“仁”的思想与战争法的运用

摘　　要："仁"的思想是构建孙子军事理论的指导思想之一。孙子虽然较少直接论述"仁",但他阐述的"慎战"思想、"全胜"思想和"战后修功"思想却集中体现了"仁"。孙子"仁"的思想与战争法的基本原则有异曲同工之处。因此,研究孙子"仁"的思想,对于正确理解和运用战争法,有重要的启示作用。Benevolent thinking is one of the guiding thinking of constructing Sun Tzu military theory. Although Sun Tzu seldom directly discusses benevolence, his ideas of being cautious in war, overall victory and consolidating the achievement after war reflect benevolence. Sun Tzu＇s benevolence and the basic principles of military law have expressed the same idea in different words. Therefore, it＇s of important enlightenment to study Sun Tzu＇s benevolent thinking in terms of properly understanding and employing military law.
