摘　　要：目的探讨血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)及其受体(PDGFR)与淋巴瘤发生、发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测18例淋巴瘤(淋巴瘤组)和10例正常淋巴结(对照组)组织中PDGF及PDGFR表达水平。结果PDGF和PDGFR在淋巴瘤组织中均有显著表达,与对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);PDGF和PDGFR表达强阳性者,均见于Ⅲ期或Ⅳ期患者,而Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期患者和正常对照组无强阳性表达。结论PDGF和PDGFR可能在一定程度上反映淋巴瘤血管新生的程度和疾病状态。Objective To detect the expression of platelet-derived growth factor （PDGF） and platelet-derived growth factor receptor （PDGFR） in the tumor tissue of lymphoma patients and to study the correlation between the expression level and the pathogenesis and development of lymphoma. Methods The expression of PDGF and PDGFR in the tumor tissue of 18 lymphoma patients and 10 normal lymph nodes were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining. Results There was obvious overexpression of PDGF and PDGFR in tumor tissue of lymphoma patients and significantly statistical significance was noted between lymphoma patients and controls （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Those with a high level of expression of PDGF and PDGFR were all stage Ⅲ or Ⅳlymphoma patients, but the high expression was not seen in stage Ⅰ or Ⅱlymphoma patients and controls. Conclusion The expression of PDGF and PDGFR in the tumor tissue of lymphoma patients reflects, to a certain extent, the degree of anglogenesis and disease condition.
