摘　　要：安全培训是企业安全工作的基础,是伴随安全管理全过程的经常性工作。然而,到目前为止,我国安全培训的客观效果并不理想。而PDCA循环管理法作为一个全面质量管理所遵循的科学程序,已经取得了显著的效果。根据PDCA管理循环模式制定安全培训计划,建立安全培训质量管理体系,采用PDCA循环管理法使安全培训向良性循环的方向发展,通过实施并熟练运用,安全培训工作一定能不断提高效率,更加有效地提高职工的安全技能,为安全培训的健康和可持续发展提供质量保证。Safety training,as the basis of the safety job of enterprise,is a consistent part going with the whole process of safety management.However,safety training is not satisfying in our country.PDCA,an ideal program followed by the whole management of quality,has obtained prominent effect. In this paper,the author makes a safety training plan and set up a management system concerning the quality of safety training according to PDCA.Based on this,the safety training is developed in a beneficial cycle. The efficien of safety training and safety skills of the staffs will be improved through implementation and application of PDCA,which can enaure the healthy and suetainable development of safety training.
