摘　　要：本服务体系以广西桂林茶叶科学研究所的"广西茶叶科技成果转化中心"为依托,利用单位现有的技术成果及吸收区内外的技术成果,围绕全面提高茶叶质量这一主题,在广西主产茶区开展茶叶生产全方位技术服务,通过广泛开展优质苗供应、优势生产资料供应、技术指导、技术推广、技术咨询、星火学校建设、龙头企业创新能力培育等手段,建立起广西茶叶科技服务体系建设与示范良好机制与组织,营造农村科技服务体系良好服务环境,全面提高广西茶叶种植和加工等综合技术水平及创新能力。The Service system based on the Guangxi transformation centres of tea technology of The Guangxi Guilin institute of tea and Science .By using the Technology of the Institute and Absorbing the Technology of inside and outside the Province, around the Theme of improving the quality of tea, Tea technology service must be carried out on omni-directional .The mechanism and organization of the Guangxi construction and Demonstration of tea technology service system will be established by offering good seedling and means of production, Providing technical advice, Technical application, Spark-school established and fetching up the innovate power of leading enterprises, Making weU technology service environment in the country, Improving the Technology-level and Innovation ability of tea planting and processing.
