摘　　要：中国政治经济学的建立前提是确立科学的方法论。研究政治经济学的方法包含多个层次:唯物辩证法和历史唯物主义是一般方法;系统抽象法是特殊方法;数学方法是具体方法;电脑及信息手段是辅助方法。建立中国政治经济学必须在唯物辩证法和历史唯物主义的一般方法指导下,运用系统抽象法,分析中国历史和现实经济矛盾,规定反映经济现象的概念,在概念运动中,构建中国政治经济学体系。The establishment premise of the Chinese plutonomy is scientific methodology,The method for the research on plutonomy is multihierarchied：the gencral methods are Materialistic Dialectic and Historical Materialism the specific method is system abstract the detailed method is mathematic the assistant metbod is system abstract the detailed method is mathematic the assistant method is computer and infomation technology.The establishment process of Chinese plutonomy shall be guided by the general methods of Materialistic Dialectic and Historical Materialism,analyze the Chinese history and current economic antinomy with wystem abstract,define the concept of economic phcnomenon reflection,and construct the Chinese plutonomy system during the concept movement.
