摘  要:目的:探讨农村初中师生关系的特点及其与学生人格特征的相关性。方法:采用青少年师生关系问卷、艾森克人格问卷(少年版)对492名农村初中生进行调查。结果:①全体被试的师生情感关系得分低于教学关系、地位关系得分,男生在教学关系、地位关系上的得分低于女生;②学生内外向与师生地位关系呈负相关(r=-0.16),神经质、精神质与师生关系各维度均呈负相关(r=-0.30-0.43),掩饰性与师生关系各维度呈正相关(r=0.12-0.25);③师生关系为和谐型的学生中,外向稳定型、内向稳定型的人数占70.0%;师生关系为困扰型的学生中,外向不稳定型与内向不稳定型的人数占85.8%。结论:农村初中男生的师生关系不如女生;学生人格特征与其师生关系存在一定的关联性。Objective: To explore the relation between teacher-student relationship and student personality characteristics. Methods: 492 rural junior students were assessed with EPQ and Adolescent Teacher-student Relationship Scale. Results: ①The scores of emotion relation dimension for all subjects were lower than those of teaching and position relation; Boys' scores on teaching and position relations were lower than those of girls. ②The negative correlations between E scores and position relation (r=-0.16), negative correlations between N scores, P scores and teacher-student relationship (0.30≤| r|≤0.43), and positive correlations between L scores and teacher-student relationship (0.12≤ r≤〈0.25) were all significant. ③Among those who perceived their teacher-student relationship as harmony type, 70.0% of the students were of emotion-stabilized personality types; while among those who perceived their teacher-student relationship as distressed type, 85.8% were of non-emotion-stabilized personality types. Conclusion: Teacher-student relationship quality of boys in rural junior schools was worse than that of girls. Students' personality characteristics related to their teacher-student relationship.
