广西高中生的心理健康状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广西壮族自治区高中生心理健康水平及相关影响因素。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)等问卷对3469名中学生进行测试。结果:广西壮族自治区高中生各因子分基本上高于以往常模,同时存在性别、年级和民族差异;个性中的内外向、神经质、精神质、人际冲突和应激事件都是预测心理健康的因素。结论:有针对性地进行心理干预,塑造良好的个性和培养成熟有效的应对方式有利于提高高中生的心理健康水平。Objective： To search for the mental health status of senior high school students in Guangxi Province and the related influential factors. Methods： 3469 senior high school students from Guangxi were administered a series of scales including a symptom complex list of 90 items （SCL-90） and a Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）.Results： The average scores of the subscales of senior high school students from Guangxi were basically higher than those of the former norms. There were statistically gender effect,grade difference and peoples difference among the subjects. Neurosis,the introversive or extroversive personality ,personal conflict and stressful life event could predict the mental health status of the senior high students. Conclusion： The psychological counseling should be done according to different conditions, the senior high school students from Guangxi ought to be cultivated good personality and learn the mature coping styles in order to improve their mental health status.
