急性白血病患者血清IL-11及可溶性gp130的测定及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素11(IL-11)及可溶性糖蛋白130(sgp130)在初诊急性白血病(AL)诱导缓解过程中的变化及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法分别对36例初诊AL患者治疗前及获完全缓解后的血清IL-11及sgp130含量进行动态观测,同时观察患者外周血白细胞和血小板数量的变化。结果AL患者的血清IL-11水平明显低于正常人(P<0.05),经过诱导化疗获完全缓解后明显升高并接近正常水平,且与外周血血小板数呈正相关;而发病时sgp130水平明显高于正常人(P<0.05),获完全缓解后又明显下降且与外周血白细胞数呈正相关。结论检测患者血清IL-11及sgp130水平可作为AL辅助诊断、治疗估价和判断预后的有意义的指标。To investigate the change and significance of interleukin-11（IL-11）and soluble glucoprotein 130（sgp130）in the treatment of new diagnosed acute leukemia（AL）during the induced remission.Methods The levels of IL-11 and sgp130 in 36 patients with AL were determined by ELISA before treatment and after complete remission,and the numbers of white blood cell（WBC）and platelet（Plt）were examined by hametometry.Results Serum IL-11 level in AL patients was significantly lower than that in the normals（P〈0.05）,which was increased obviously to the normal level when complete remission was achieved.The change of IL-11 was positively correlated with Plt counts.The sgp130 level was higher during AL than the normal（P〈0.05）,and declined after remission and was correlated with WBC counts.Conclusion The serum IL-11 and sgp130 levels can be helpful for confirming the diagnosis,evaluating the therapeutic efficiency and predicting the prognosis of AL.
