摘　　要：高校与学生之间是一种结构复杂的法律关系,法制时代对高校的学生管理工作提出更多、更新的要求,管理者应针对高校与学生之间法律关系的特点及大学生权利范围的特殊性,建立科学的学生管理制度,提高管理队伍和大学生的法律意识,运用民主化管理与学生自治化管理相结合的方法,依法治校,构建和谐校园。The relationship between a college and its students is a legal one with complicated structure. In a legal system age, new requirements have been arising on the administration of college students, Scientific systems should be established in accordance with the characteristics of the legal relationship between colleges and their students and the particularity of the students＇ right scope. It is also necessary to promote the legal consciousness of administrators and students. Besides, methods of combining democratic adnfinistration and student autonomy should be adepted. By these ways,we can administrate colleges by law and build harmonious campuses.
