摘　　要：目前高校实验室管理体制及其教学方法等存在一些问题,必须加强高校实验室管理和实验仪器设备管理,树立以人为本的管理理念,施行科学合理的实验室开放式教学模式。结合市场经济的新形势,高校实验室不但要服务于教育,也要广泛开展与企业的合作,以培养符合社会需要的人才。Those problems existing in management system and teaching methodology of university lab at present are analyzed. Then people-oriented managerial ideas about strengthening scientific management of university lab and lab instruments and the open teaching pattern of university lab which not only should provide service for higher education but also cooperate with enterprises widely so as to make university lab catch up with the step of our country＇s economic development and provide new century talents in need for society under the new circumstances of market economy are put forward.
