摘 要:利用气相色谱仪器上的自动固相微萃取平台,建立了自动固相微萃取-气相色谱(SPME-GC)联用测定水样中壬基酚的分析方法。对SPME的条件如萃取纤维涂层、萃取时间、解吸时间、离子强度等条件进行了优化,并用于珠江水样和造纸工业废水等实际水样的分析。该方法的检测限为2.0μg/L,线性范围为5.0-100μg/L,线性相关系数为0.997 3,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.3%(n=5),回收率为83.2%-106.4%。An automatic solid-phase microextraction procedure coupled with gas chromatography (SPME-GC) was developed and applied for analysis of nonylphenol (NP) in water samples. Several parameters affecting the SPME procedure, including selection of the SPME coating, extraction and desorption time and the ion strength were optimized. The result showed that the fiber coated with polydimethylsiloxane/divinylbenzene (PDMS/DVB) of 65 μm thickness was the most appropriate parameter. It was carried out with no salt addition. The optimized adsorption and desorption time were 20 min and 12 min, respectively. The method was linear over the ranges between 5.0 200 μg/L with r^2 =0. 997 3. The detection limit was 2.0 μg/L. The recovery was 83.2% - 106. 4%.
