摘  要:目的分离鉴定中药滇桂艾纳香的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶(SephadexLH-20)柱色谱及HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:原儿茶醛(1)、原儿茶酸(2)、对羟基苯甲醛(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、豆甾醇(5)、山柰酚(6)、3,5,3′-三羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(7)、3,5,3′,4′-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(8)、槲皮素(9)、5-羟基-3,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(10)。结论化合物3~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To separate and identify the chemical constituents of Blurnea riparia DC. Methods The compounds were separated by repeated silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC chromatographies. The structures of these isolated compounds were identified by their spectral data and chemical properties. Results Ten compounds were isolated from Blurnea riparia DC. and their structures were identified as protocatechuic aldehyde (1), protocatechuic acid (2), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (3)β-sitosterol (4), stigmasterol (5), kaempferol (6), 3, 5, 3'-trihydroxy-7, 4'-dimethoxyflavone (7), 3, 5, 3', 4'-tetrahydroxy-7- methoxyflavone (8), quercetin (9), 5-hydroxyl-3, 7, 3', 4'-tetramethoxyflavone (10). Conclusions Compounds 3-10 are isolated from Blurnea riparia DC. for the first time.
