摘　　要：通过对知识价值链、企业价值链和实体价值链的比较,建立支持型、并行型和独立型三类知识价值链企业模型。并通过对27家企业的抽样调查,运用聚类分析方法对该模型进行了验证。Based on the comparing of knowledge value chain（ KVC ）. enterprise value chain and material value chain, this paper puts forward the three knowledge value chain enterprises model：the supporting knowledge value chain enterprise.the parallel knowledge value chain enterprise and the independent knowledge value chain enterprise. Moreover, through clustering the samples form 27 enterprises, the expecting result which supports three kind of knowledge values chain enterprise to classify is done.
