技术创新软性影响因素的实证研究

摘　　要：基于知识基础理论的战略观点,将技术创新的软性影响因素即组织文化、知识整合、内部社会资本等整合在一个理论模型中,并以华南地区的148家企业为对象运用结构方程模型进行检验和修正。结果表明,组织文化和内部社会资本通过知识整合影响技术创新;知识整合通过技术创新影响绩效。本文的结果有利于正确认识模型内各变量之间的影响路径和作用机理,同时也为企业如何运用组织文化、内部社会资本、知识整合来促进技术创新提供有益的借鉴。We examine the relationships among internal social capital, organizational culture , knowledge integration, technical innovation and organizational performance through Structural Equation Model in this paper. The sample of this study has 148 companies in South China. We proved that： organizational culture has a positive indirect impact on performance by knowledge integration and technical innovation; knowledge integration has a positive indirect impact on performance by technical innovation. The research will put forward some suggestion for Chinese firms to improve technical innovation capability.
