产业创新的价值结构研究——我国发电设备制造业产业创新分析

摘　　要：分别从产业和企业层面阐述了产业创新的基本含义。无论从企业层面还是产业层面看待产业创新,都面临着处理价值的创造与分配的基本二维关系、应对原有的价值结构问题。从价值二维关系和价值结构研究产业创新,为产业创新战略的研究提供了新的思路和方法,开辟了其研究的新视角。同时,探讨企业的创新战略及其协调如何导致产业价值结构组织的形成、稳定、发展的机理,为我国自主创新战略决策和提升中国企业在全球产业价值结构的升级提供理论支撑与实施建议。最后,以我国发电设备制造业为例,应用产业创新价值结构的方法分析其现状和制约因素,并提出其产业创新的策略。In this paper, the basic definition of industrial innovation is expatiated respectively from levels of industry and firm. The both perspectives must deal with the problem of basic value bidimension relationship and the problem of what to do with the existed value structure. The research brings new methods and perspectives for the exploring in the strategy research of industrial innovation. Then the mechanism is discussed on how the firm＇ s innovation strategy and its coordination lead to formulation, stabilization and development of industrial value structure, which provides theoretical support and implemental suggestion for Chinese firms＇ self - innovation and upgrading in global value chain. Finally, as an example, we analysis the actuality and constraining factors of Chinese electricity - generated equipment manufacturing industry with the method of value structure of industrial innovation and we put forward some strategies for its industrial innovation.
