摘 要:目的探讨根管长度电测仪用于根尖有无生理性吸收的乳牙根管长度测量的准确性。方法选取40颗离体乳前牙,根据根尖区有无吸收情况分为两组,分别置于体外模型中,用RootZX根管长度电测仪测量其工作长度,将其与在5倍放大镜下测量出的真正结果相比较。结果在±0.5mm范围内,根尖有吸收组电测长度准确率为85.00%,无吸收组为90.00%。虽然测量值较真实值略低,但两者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.23,P>0.05)。结论体外测量结果表明,乳牙根尖生理性吸收的存在不会影响电测法的准确性。Objective To assess the accuracy of an electronic device (RootZX) for determining root canal length in primary teeth with and without root resorption. Methods Forty extracted primary incisors (twenty with visible apical root resorption and twenty without) were used in this study. The primary teeth were mounted in an experimental apparatus separately. After achieving ideal access, working length measurements were obtained using the RootZX, comparing the electronic measurements with the direct visual measurements under the magnifying glasses ( × 5). Results Within 0.5mm the RootZX was 85.00% accuracy in group with root resorption and 90.00 % accuracy in group without resorption. No significant difference was found between the two groups (χ^2 = 0.23, P 〉 0.05), and the electronic measurements had the slight underestimation shown in the study. Conclusions The results suggest that the accuracy of RootZX is not adversely affected by the presence of resorption in primary.
