摘　　要：各种工况下的锚泊作业,由于操作失误而脱锚,海底管道有被锚或锚链撞击而破损的危险,本文根据锚泊作业的不同情况,提出了锚与锚链撞击管道的概率及撞击能量的计算公式,结合后果分析可得到故障概率,为海底管道在偶然荷载下的定量风险评估打下了基础.There are some probabilities of impacting pipelines by the anchor and anchor chain in anchoring operation because of mistaken operation. In this paper, the probability and energy computation of impacting pipelines are put forward. And the fault probability is presented after result analysis. Then the quantitative risk assessment of submarine pipeline is gotten.
