摘　　要：对面试者按顺序逐一参加多个阶段的面试问题,运用排序理论和机理分析方法剖析了面试的展开过程,从两种角度建立了相应的数学模型。对模型提供了用数学软件求解和编程求解的方法,对小规模问题的求解特别设计了简便易行的手工计算方法,既具有教学意义,也对成功高效地组织面试过程、合理利用时间、节约成本具有实践指导作用。For the multi -stage ordinal interview, the paper analyses the scheduling progress by employing sequencing theory and method of analyzing mechanism, establishes corresponding mathematic models, and offers some methods to solve the problem by mathematic software and programming. Especially, for the smaU scale interview, this paper gives a simple and convenient calculating method by hand.
