梭形横切口在保乳手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨梭形横切口在保乳手术中的应用效果。方法2003年11月～2006年9月对25例乳腺癌患者采用梭形横切口行保乳手术,其中全麻9例,局麻16例。术毕创口置小号引流管,间断缝合残腔,用Prolene线皮下连续埋线法缝合切口。结果术后未发生切口感染、皮下积液及皮肤坏死等并发症,平均7 d出院。随访1～34月,所有病例乳房形态保持良好,患者满意。无一例肿瘤复发。结论梭形横切口为保乳手术提供了一种较好的切口方式。　Objective To explore the clinical effect of shuttle-like transverse incision in breast conservative surgery.Methods 25 breast cancer patients admitted from Nov.2003 to Sep.2006 were underwent conservative surgery by shuttle-like transverse incision,with general anesthesia in 9 cases and local anesthesia in 16 cases.After mini-drainage tube was placed in wound,the breast wound was closed by interrupted suture and subcutaneous continuous suture with Prolene.Results All cases discharged in average 7 days without complications as incision infection,subcutaneous effusion or epidermal necrosis.Good breast shape was achieved in all patients and no one relapsed within 1 to 34 months follow-up.Conclusion Shuttle-like transverse incision could be a good selection for breast conservative operation.
