摘 要:[目的]了解2006年济南市市售蔬菜中农药残留情况。[方法]在济南市抽检样品454份进行20种有机磷农药、5种氨基甲酸酯类农药、6种拟除虫菊酯类农药的残留检测。[结果]90.3%的检品符合国家标准。其中白菜类样品合格率为91.2%,绿叶菜样品合格率为87.0%,瓜类样品合格率为97.2%,茄果类样品合格率为95.9%,根茎类样品均合格。所测31种农药检测出24种,其中禁用农药占45.8%。[结论]绿叶菜类和白菜类蔬菜超标率最高。禁用农药残留现象较严重。[Objective]To know the situation of pesticide residues in market vegetables in Ji'nan. [Methods]A survey was performed in 2006.454 vegetable samples were collected to detect 31 kinds of pesticides (20 organo-phosphorus pesticide,5 carbamate and 6 pyrethrin pesticide). [Results]The results indicated that 90.3% of these samples were up to national standard. 91.2% of the Chinese cabbage. 87.0% of the green vegetables, 97.2% of the melons. 95.9%; of the fruits and all root-stem vegetables were up to standard. Among the 31 kinds of pesticides.24 were detected in the survey.and 45.8% of them are prohibited for planting vegetables according to relevant laws and regulations. [Conclusion]The unqualified rates of leafy vegetables were higher than those of melon and root-stem vegetables significantly. The residue of prohibited pesticide exceeded seriously.
