摘 要:通过盆栽和大田试验测定了绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)TW-3菌株对幼苗期绿豆立枯病(Rhizoctonia solani)的生防效果,结果发现TW-3菌株可以有效防治绿豆立枯病,防治效果分别为87%~94%和81%~94%,优于多菌灵拌种的防治效果.利用平板法初步研究TW-3对绿豆立枯病菌的作用机制,发现TW-3菌株通过菌丝间缠绕,抑制绿豆立枯病菌的生长,表明重寄生作用在生物防治中具有重要作用.Biological control efficacy of Trichoderma viride TW-3 against the seedlings damping-off incited by Rhizoctonia solani of mung bean was evaluated in pots and field tests. The results showed that TW-3 could control the harm of Rhizoctonia solani efficiently and the control efficacy were 87%-94% in pots tests and 81%-94% in field tests, better than those of using seeds coating with the pesticide of Carbendazirn. Action mechanisms of TW -3 against R. solani were investigated on the plates and the results showed that hypha of R. solani coiled and inhibited frequently by the hypha of T. viride which suggested that mycoparasitism of TW-3 against R. solani played an important role in biological control.
