摘　　要：介绍了AD590温度传感器的特性和系统结构设计,重点阐述了虚拟仪器系统的构建和系统软件设计.利用虚拟仪器丰富的开发资源,基本不投入仪器设备及硬件,设计出具有较高的应用价值的传感器特性测试系统.并用软件进行滤波及归一化处理抑制采集噪声,提高系统的测试精度.This paper presented a temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW virtual instrument and AD590 temperature sensor. The characteristics of AD590 temperature sensor and the structure design of the measurement system are introduced. The design of the virtual instrument and the software is emphasized particularly. Based on the performance and the testing request of sensors, the primary properties of a sensor can be analyzed without any additional hardware, using the virtual instrument（VI） and a software resource. The error which is caused by the system pulse voltage, will be solved by normalization and filtering through the software.
