摘　　要：本文在介绍晶须生长机制的基础上分析了氮化硅晶须的结构特点及物化性能,并简单介绍了氮化硅的制备方法,阐述了其作为复合材料的应用现状,并对其发展方向作了展望。The growth mechanism of whisker was reviewed and then the structure characteristics, the physical and chemical properties of Si2N3 whisker were analyzed. The preparation methods of Si2N3 whisker were discussed. The recent application of Si2N3 whisker of reinforcing material has been commented in detail. Finally the future developing trend of the Si2N3 whisker was pointed out.
