摘 要:通过对快速成型中现有的支撑结构生成方法的分析和研究,提出了一种新的基于CLI的支撑结构自动生成算法。该算法把任何层片上的支撑看作两部分,即上一层需要在当前层加的支撑和当前层以上所有层遗传下来的支撑,先将两相邻层片网格化,并计算出层面与网格线的交线,然后通过网格线计算出要添加的支撑。在生成支撑的过程中,将平面区域之间的运算转化为线段之间的运算,降低了算法的复杂度,提高了算法的效率和稳定性。和目前的支撑结构生成算法相比,它具有简单、高效、稳定的特点。Based on the analysis of the current support generation methods for rapid prototyping, a new CLI-based automatic support generation algorithm is put forward. This algorithm considers that supports of any layer is composed of two parts, one is that the last layer needed and another is that inherited from above layers. In the algorithm, the adjacent layers is firstly transformed into grid, and calculate the support based on the grid lines. In the support calculation, the operations between planar area is transformed into operations between lines, which reduced the complexity of the algorithm, and enhanced the efficiency and stability of the algorithm. Comparing with other support automatic generation algorithm, this algorithm has many merits such as high efficiency, good stability and briefness.
