摘  要:高性能沥青混合料一般压实较困难,碾压工作有时决定着高性能混合料路面质量的好坏和工程项目的成败.利用高性能沥青混合料支持高温碾压且不产生推移的压实特性,按有效时间内的铺筑长度划分碾压段落长度,采用压路机链状列队组合,共同进退,紧跟热压,振动压路机始终开振,在有效压实时间内完成碾压工作.经两段实体工程对比试验和压实度检测,新工艺与传统压实工艺相比,可提高全路段压实度1% ̄2%,且在低温区可实现94.5%的理论压实度.The compaction of high performing asphalt mixture, although usually difficult, sometimes determines the quality of the high performance mixture pavement and the success of the project. The new rolling techniques of high performing asphalt pavement make use of the compacting features of the high performing asphalt mixture, which would not slip when heated at a high temperature in compaction. The rolling length is determined on the basis of the pavement length in the course of the time available for compaction. The road rollers march forward and backward together in linear rank, and remain rolling at high temperature. The vibrating roller keeps in operation, and finishes its work in the time available. The new technique, compared with the traditional compaction technique, in terms of two projects' bodies and the compaction degree, raises the compaction degree in 1%N2%o points, and reaches 94.5% of theoretical compaction degree at low temperature.
