食管癌中P53与nm23-H1基因表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P53与nm23-H1基因表达产物与食管癌临床病理及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法测定39例食管癌标本P53与nm23-H1基因的表达产物,并对全部病例术后随访3年。结果食管癌中P53的高表达和nm23-H1的低表达与食管癌的浸润深度、临床TNM分期及预后相关(P<0.05),nm23-H1的低表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。P53与nm23-H1低表达者预后不良(P<0.05)。结论P53与nm23-H1在食管癌中的不同表达与食管癌的浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及预后相关,可为临床评估预后提供重要的参考指标。Objective To study the expression of P53 and nm23 - H1 gene products and their clinical significance in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods The clinical expression of P53 and nm23 - H1 in 39 cases of formalin - fixed, paraffin - embedded specimen of esophageal cancer were measured by immunohistochemistry S - P method. All cases were followed up for 3 years after operation. Results Over expression of P53 gene products and negative expression of nm23 - H1 gene products were related with the invasive extent, TNM stage, and prognosis of EC （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and negative nm23 - H1 expression was related with lymph node metastasis （LNM）. The expression of P53 showed negative relationship with that of nm23 -Hlprotein （ P 〈0.05 ）. Patients with P53 expression and negative nm23 - H1 expression showed bad prognosis of esophageal cancer （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of P53 and nm23 - H1 correlate with the infiltration of esophageal cancer. TNM stage and LNM correlate with prognosis of esophageal cancer.
