更年期女性抑郁症患者T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表型分析

摘　　要：目的研究更年期女性抑郁症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)表达的百分率,探讨抑郁症患者的免疫功能变化,为合理诊治提供新的依据。方法应用双色直标免疫荧光法检测更年期女性轻度、重度抑郁症患者各15例和15例健康对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的百分率、构成比及NK细胞表达的的百分率。结果与对照组相比,更年期女性抑郁症患者血中CD3+、CD4+、NK百分率以及CD4+/CD8+比值明显降低,而CD8+百分率显著升高,且与病情程度有关。结论更年期女性抑郁症患者免疫调节功能失调,其免疫调节功能变化与抑郁症患者病情程度存在相关性。Objective To explore the immunologic function in menopausal depression by detecting the percent of T lymph cell subpopulation and NK cell in peripheral blood. Methods 15 cases of light menopausal depression, 15 cases of severe menopausal depression and 15 healthy persons as normal controls were enrolled in the study. The percent of T lymph cell subpopulations, their component ratio and the percent of NK in peripheral blood were detected by two - color direct immunofluorescence reagent kit. Results Compared with the controls, the percent of CD^3 ＋ and CD^4＋ cells and NK cells and the ratio of CD^4＋/CD^8 ＋ decreased in menopausal depression, while the percent of CD^8＋ cells increased in menopausal depression. Conclusion Severe immune function disorders can be found in menopausal depression and immune function is related with the degree of menopausal depression.
