牙龈组织HIF-1表达水平与牙周炎相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的观察牙龈组织HIF-1的表达水平,探讨HIF-1与牙周炎的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学ABC法,对20例健康成人、20例慢性成人牙周炎患者、20例青少年牙周炎牙龈组织中HIF-1分布进行检测和比较。结果牙周炎时牙龈组织中HIF-1主要在鳞状上皮细胞质核周区颗粒状阳性表达,毛细血管壁内皮细胞、老化的胶原纤维细胞及上皮下基底膜共同形成了一种乳突状轮廓样阳性表达形态,结缔组织和肉芽组织中各类炎症细胞也呈明显阳性表达。结论牙周炎牙龈组织中HIF-1的表达明显增强,说明HIF-1在牙周炎发病过程中起到一定的调控作用。Objective To observe the level of hypoxia - inducible factor 1 （ HIF - 1 ） in gingival tissues,and inquiry into the relation between HIF - 1 and periodonfftis. Methods Gingival tissue samples were obtained during tooth extraction. The localization of positive expression of HIF - 1 in gingival tissues in 20 healthy aged 20 - 60 years was examined by immunochemical method and was compared with that of 20 adult patients （37 -54 years old） with periedontitis, and that of 20 juvenile patients （18 -29 years old） with periedontitis. Results IFI - 1 expression was mainly found in epithelial cells, inflammatory cells in connective tissues, granuloma tissues, epithelial basement membrane and microvascular endothelial calls in gingival in two groups of pefiedontitis. Conclusion Expression of HIF - 1 in gingival tissues in patients with periedontitis is obviously strengthened,HIF - 1 might play a adjusting role in periedontiffs.
