摘  要:目的:在对深低温体外循环与降温期实行不同的血气管理状态下进行脑电图(EEG)监测,探讨利于脑保护的体外循环方法。方法:24头上海种白猪,年龄3~5周,体重5~7 kg。随机分为四组,即A组:深低温停循环,降温期alpha稳态血气管理;B组:深低温停循环,降温期pH稳态血气管理;C组:深低温低流量,降温期alpha稳态血气管理;D组:深低温低流量、降温期pH稳态血气管理。术中及降温期连续监测EEG并观察其变化。结果:EEG监测示B组、D组降温期EEG平坦波出现早。C组、D组复温期EEG恢复早于A组、B组。结论:深低温体外循环低流量灌注和降温期pH稳态血气管理,两种方法配合应用具有较好的脑保护协同作用。Objective: In order to search for an optimal method on cerebral protection monitore EEGs of different blood gas management during cooling and deep hypothermia cardiopulmonary bypass (DHCB) . Methods: According to different cerebral protection strategies, 24 piglets(aged 3 - 5weeks, 5 - 7 kg in weight) were divided randomly into four groups(6 in each group). Group A:deep hypothermia circulatory arrest(DHCA)and alpha state blood gas management during cooling. Group B:DHCA and pH state blood gas management during the cooling period. Group C:deep hypothermia low-flow (DHLF)and alpha state blood gas management during the cooling period. Group D :DHLF and pH state blood gas management during cooling. EEGs were monitored continuously during the operation and the cooling period. Results: During the cooling period more rapid EEG depression was found in Group B and D. During rewarming the recovery of EEG in Group C and Group D were better than in Groups A and B. Conclusions: DHLF may be added to pH state in cerebral protection.
