超早期脑梗死患者脑电图改变的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同梗死部位、不同大小和不同数量的梗死灶、不同程度神经功能缺损的超早期脑梗死患者(EEG)的脑电图(EEG)表现。方法:随机选择52例首次发病,发病后初查头颅CT为阴性,数天后经CT、MRI证实为脑梗死的患者,均在发病6 h内作EEG检查。结果:EEG检查的异常率幕上梗死组(91%)明显高于幕下梗死组(37%),大脑皮层梗死组(100%)明显高于大脑深部梗死组(67%),梗死体积≥2 cm×2 cm×2 cm组(97%)明显高于梗死体积<2 cm×2 cm×2 cm组(53%),中、重型神经功能缺失组(88%和100%)明显高于轻型患者组(30%),与梗死灶单发或多发则无明显相关性。结论:脑梗死患者超早期EEG检查的异常率与梗死部位、病灶大小、病情程度有关,而与病灶多少无关。Objective：To study the electroencephalogram（EEG） changes in the patients with cerebral infarction with different types, position and severity in the super-early stage. Method： EEG examination was performed within 6 hours after hospitaloztion in 52 patients with acute cerebral infraction. They were first attacked and the result of cranial CT was negative. Result： The abnormality rate of EEG in the patients with supratentorial infarction （91%） was higher than that in the patients with subtentorial infarction （37%）; the abnormality rate in the patients with cerebral cortex infarction （100 % ） was higher than that in the patients with cerebral deep construction（67%）; the abnormality rate in the patients with infarction focus≥2 cm ×2 cm × 2 cm（97%） was higher than that in the patients with infarction focus 〈2 cm × 2 cm × 2 cm（53%） ; the abnormality rate in the patients with moderate and serious dysneuria （88% and 100%） was higher than that in the patients with light dysneuria （30%）. But the abnormality rate of EEG was out of relation to the frequency of infarction focus. Conclusion： The EEG change in the patients with cerebral infarction in the super-early stage is related with the infarcted position, volume, degree, but that is not related with the frequency of infarct focus.
