摘　　要：针对施工项目中的风险管理,提出了采用模糊数学对风险值量化的方法,并对某公路施工项目进行了风险的定量研究,完成了风险的辨识,并就计算出的主要风险源,提出了有针对性的控制措施。研究结果为提高我国施工项目的风险管理水平提供了一套较为有效的方法。A method for quantification of the risk from construction project made with fuzzy mathematics is put forward herein for the management of construction project and a quantitative study on the risk from a construction project of a highway is made; in which the risk identification and the calculation on the main risk sources are carried out and then the pertinent control measures are given as well. The study result provides a set of effective methods for enhancing the risk management level of the construction projects at home.
