摘　　要：文章论述了将"税后纯收益"作为计量人力资本产权价值的基础,确定将随机报酬模型作为计量人力资本产权价值的主要计量模式,并对随机报酬模型进行了调整,使之更具有实际应用价值。The article elaborated the net-income after tax has been taken the foundation of human capital property right value,and determinded to take the stochastic reward model to measure the main measurement pattern of human capital property right Value,and readjusted the stochastic Reward model so as to enable it have the practical application value.
