摘　　要：目的:确定甘氨酰谷氨酰胺细菌内毒素鲎试验检查法的可行性。方法:供试品干扰试验后,采用凝胶鲎试验对样品中的细菌内毒素进行检测。结果:三批样品稀释至20 mg/mL、10mg/mL时,对细菌内毒素的检测均无干扰作用,样品中细菌内毒素的含量均小于0.025 EU/mg。结论:所建立方法检查甘氨酰谷氨酰胺的细菌内毒素可行。Objective： To confirm the feasibility of bacterial edotoxins test for Glycyl-Glutamine. Methods： After interfering test, tachypleus ameboeyte lysate （TAL） test was adopted to detect bacterial endotoxins in Glycyl-Glutamine. Results： Three batches of Glyeyl-Glutamine showed no vir-repression with the test, after the samples were diluted to 20 mg/mL, 10 mg/mL and the contents of bacterial endotoxins in all samples were not more than 0.025 EU/mg. Conclusions： TAL test provides a new way to detect bacterial endotoxins in Glyeyl-Glutamine.
