电大教育协调发展的思考

摘　　要：电大要充分认识所面临的机遇和挑战、优势和劣势.坚持以内涵发展为主,把服务当地经济和社会发展作为自己的使命.把质量和声誉放在首位。电大教育要走可持续发展之路就必须把科学发展观落到实处。电大开放教育应当是"阳光教育"。应当经得起时间和社会的检验。电大教育协调发展必须处理好开放教育与其他教育形式的关系,质量与规模、效益的关系,通过"流程再造".协调电大系统内外关系.组织结构扁平化,各级职能作相应调整.提高系统运行效率。Faced with new opportunities and challenges in the rapid development of economic and society, the mega university- - Radio and TV university is required to should serve local economic and social development and give top priority to its quality and reputation.It is high time to handle the several relatiomhips such as open education and other educational forms,quality and scale,its benefit. It is maintained that the more efficient system can be operated by coordinating its systems,organization structure etc.
