摘  要:目的观察灯盏细辛对视网膜的保护作用。方法采用前房灌注生理盐水法形成150 cm H2O(14.63 kPa)高眼压,诱导大鼠视网膜缺血60 min,建立急性青光眼模型。模型加药组:在青光眼模型的基础上腹腔注射6%灯盏细辛液1次,剂量150 mg/kg;加药对照组:给予腹腔注射0.5 ml生理盐水。急性高眼压60 min,分别在3、5、7 d观察视网膜节细胞数及视网膜各层厚度。结果模型加药组节细胞数及IPL、INL厚度与实验对照组比较均有显著增多或增厚。结论灯盏细辛对实验性青光眼具有保护作用。Objective To observe the effects of Herba Erigeromtis against ischemia reperfusion injury in the rat retina. Methods Retinal ischemia was induced in SD rats by raising the intraocular pressure to 150 cm H2 0 ( 14. 63 kPa ) for 60 min. The rats in treatment group were agiven an intraperitoneal injection of Herba Erigeromtis at a dose of 150 mg/kg,and the rats in control group an intraperitoneal injection of 0. 9% sodium chloride at a dose of 0. 5 ml. The density of cells in the retinal ganglion cell layer and the thickness of every layer in retinal which were in the treatment group and the control group were observed at 3 d,5 d and 7d after retinal ischemia. Results The data which was the density in RGCs and the thickness of layers in retinal of the treatment group was larger than that of the control group. Conclusion It suggests that Herba Erigeromtis may provide protection against retinal ischemia reperfusion injury.
