摘　　要：本文以全国组织机构代码信息检索系统的建设为例,从信息检索系统的技术特点、应用模式、整体构架等方面详细分析了构建高性能、高可靠性信息检索系统所需要解决的问题,并对未来组织机构代码信息检索系统的建设发展提出建议。This paper describes a construction of high performance and high reliability Information Retrieval system （IR system）through the intemet on a specific example of NACAO IR system. Several problems have been proposed and discussed on the technical specification, the application schema and the general structure of the IR system. On the future development of the NACAO IR system, the author still makes several proposals on the possible technical trends of the NACAO IR system.
