摘  要:目的:探讨不同发酵条件对中国弯颈霉(tolypocladium sinense)发酵产物成分的影响。方法:实验选用4种不同培养基进行该菌摇瓶培养,3种不同培养基通气发酵培养,用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法、容量法等分别测定培养产物中的甘露醇、腺苷、多糖、粗蛋白和氨基氮等主要活性成分。结果及结论:不同培养基中的碳源和氮源种类及数量、发酵不同时间和供氧方法对中国弯颈霉人工发酵产物成分影响较大,可能影响产物的药理活性。因此应对产品成分和生产成本等因素综合考虑确定生产工艺。OBJECTIVE To investigate the components of the Tolypocladium. Sinense fermentation products with the effect of different fermentation conditions. METHODES Shaking culture with four different nutrient mediums and aerobic fermentation culture with three different nutrient mediums cultivated Tolypocladium. Sinense. The main active components in their products including mannitol, adenosine, polysaccharides, crude protein and amino nitrogen were measured by high performance liquid chromatography, ultraviolet spectrometry and titration technique. RESULTS The fermentation products of Tolypocladium. Sinense are affected greatly by the variety and amount of carbon and nitrogen source in the mediums , fermentation time and ventilation methods. These may impact on pharmacologic activity of their products. CONCLUSION The components of the products and its cost should be taken into account generally to determine the production technology.
