血管造影对原发性小肠肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析血管造影在小肠肿瘤的X线表现,探讨血管造影对小肠肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:分析应用数字减影机进行选择性血管造影并经手术病理证实的27例小肠平滑肌瘤的造影征象。结果:小肠肿瘤血管造影主要征象为:1供血动脉的增粗;2肿瘤血管丰富,呈“蜘蛛网”状,有活动性出血者部分可见造影剂外溢;3肿瘤实质显色浓密,边界清晰;4引流静脉增粗早显;5有血管池,瘤体大、有分叶者恶性肿瘤可能性大。结论:血管造影对小肠肿瘤的诊断明显优于钡剂造影和内镜检查,可作为诊断小肠肿瘤的首选方法。Objective：To analyze the radiological features of the angiography in the diagnosis of small intestinal tumors.Methods：The selective superior mesenteric angiographic characteristics of 27 inpatients with small intestinal tumors which were pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Main features of angiography：①Supplying arteries are dilated.②Tumor vessel is abundant and looks like＂spider network＂.③Tumor mass is stained.④Draining veins are dilated and appear early.⑤Vessel cisterma is present and the tumor of large size is more likely to be malignant.Conclusion：Angiography is of more value in diagnosis of neoplasms of the small bowel than barium examination and endoscopy.
