摘　　要：在分析了全国房地产总需求和总供给的基础上,从土地供给、竣工面积和销售面积三个方面具体分析了30个省市房地产总量差异,并针对全国和30个省市房地产总需求和总供给的不同特征,提出了相应的调控政策建议。This paper analyzes the demand and supply difference of real estate demand in 30 provinces from three aspects, which are land supply, completion areas, and sales areas. Based on the different characteristics of demand and supply in our country＇s real estate, this paper puts forward some suggestions according to the analysis.
