摘  要:4区现象学燃烧模型可由实测示功图预测直喷式柴油机的燃烧率及NOx排放并具有较高的精度。为使该种模型适用于热力过程的优化模拟,本文由多种燃烧系统及工况的匹配实验数据推导出了预测直喷式柴油机燃烧率的经验公式。应用该式分别以不同韦伯函数对预混合及扩散燃烧阶段进行了计算。研究结果表明,预测结果与实测结果是相当吻合的。A 4 zone phenomenological combustion model had been developed, it may be used for deduction of the combustion rate and NO x emission of D.I. diesel engines from measured indicator diagram with suitable precision. In order to apply this model for simulation thermodynamical process optimizing, an empirical equation was presented in this paper. It was deduced from experimental data of various match of combustion system and various running condition. In this equation, the premixed combustion stage and the diffusive combustion stage were calculated by various wiebes function respectively. Research results show that the predicted combustion rates are coincided with experimental ones.
