摘  要:建立了直流锅炉启动时除氧器水箱压力变化动态特性微分方程,通过实验对该数学模型的准确性和适用范围进行了验证,然后将其用于300MW直流锅炉除氧器水箱压力飞升动态特性的仿真计算以及除氧器水箱的容积设计和运行控制的定量分析。Differential equations for the dynamic pressure response of deaerators' water tanks during start up of once through boilers are derived, verified by experiments for their correctness as well as range of validity and then applied to the simulated calculation of the dynamic pressure ramp of the water tanks of a 300 MW once through boiler's deaerator as well as to the volumetric design of water tands of deaerators and its quantitative analysis for control purposes during operation.
