摘　　要：为了克服城市交通信息发布系统只面向交通管理层的局限,提出了基于B/S的城市交通信息发布系统的设计,并根据北京市的实际情况,开发出一套面向广大交通参与者的WebGIS系统.该系统采用Struts+Hibernate+MapXtreme等流行技术,并采用时间序列ARIMA模型对城市道路的时间占有率进行预测,经实测数据验证,误差满足本系统要求.In order to overcome the limitation that traffic information distribution system is only traffic management oriented, a system of urban traffic information distribution based on B/S in this paper is proposed. Then, taking Beijing as an example, develop a WebGIS system for all the travelers. This system adopts some popular technologies such as Struts, Hibernate and MapXtreme, and uses time series model to predict the time-occupancy of road. Finally the simulation experiment shows that the ARIMA model fits the requirements of this svstem.
