摘　　要：电力企业信息网络是电力系统的重要组成部分,是实现电力生产调度自动化和管理现代化的基础平台,是确保电网安全、稳定、经济运行的重要手段。为了实现专业管理的目标和指标体系达标,从加强网络运行的全过程管理入手,积极引用新技术,推行管理创新,实践出一套行之有效的管理手段。Information network of electric power enterprise is an important part of electric power system. It is not only a fundamental platform of electric power dispatch automation and management modernization, but also a key method of insuring safety, stability and economic electric power network. In order to accomplish the goal of the professional management, a set of effective management method is put into practice by adopting new technology and management innovation.
