摘　　要：上海经济发展要求高等职业技术教育提供的人才数量增大、素质提高,人才结构进行调整。高等职业技术教育要在办学定位、管理体制、专业设置、课程设置、人才培养模式等方面进行深入的探讨,为上海经济发展提供所需人才。The economic development of Shanghai requires large quantity of talents with high ability and the re- form of the educational system. Vocational and technical college education would probe deeply into aspects such as college running orientation, management system, major setup, course arrangement and student training , which devotes the educated graduates with high ability to the economic development of Shanghai.
