髓外硬膜下神经鞘瘤MR增强影像与病理学的相关性研究

摘　　要：探讨髓外硬膜下神经鞘瘤ＭＲ增强影像特征及其与病理的相关性。髓外硬膜下神经鞘瘤具有３种不均一增强方式：点样不增强，环形增强和多灶样不增强。多灶样不增强方式最为常见。不同增强方式仅反映瘤体内出血灶、坏死灶多少及大小的差异，病变性质无本质区别。不同增强方式与病史长短有一定相关性，点样不增强病史最短，环形增强病史居中。Our study was disigned to evaluate the features of the enhanced MRI in subdural extramedullary neurinoma and the correlation between its enhanced MRI and pathologic findings. Twenty two cases showed 3 patterns of hetrogenous enhacement in post contrast imaging after injection: the dot sign nonenhancement, ring enhancement, and multi foci nonenhancement. The third type was the most common. Differrent patterns of enhancement reflected the differences in size and amount of the hemorrhagic and mecortic foci in the tumor body. However, the pathologic changes were essentially the same in these 3 forms of enhancement. The duration of the disease corr lated with the patterns of enhancement. Patients with the shortest history showed ring enhancement, and those with the longest thistory showed the multi foci nonenhancement.
