江瑶贝中的牛磺酸

摘　　要：对从广东大亚湾采集回来的江瑶进行牛磺酸的提取和分析．提取得到的牛磺酸晶体占江瑶干重的1．28％，高效液相色谱分析结果牛破酸占江瑶干重的2．00％，占游离氨基酸的46．26％，本实验牛磺酸的提取率为64％。Taurine of shellfish was isolated from Pinnaattenuata Reeve, which was collectedfrom the Days Bay in the South China Sea, and analyzed by high performance liquidchromatograph (HPLC). The HPTC results showed that the taurine made up 46.26% offree amino acids or 2. 00% of dry shellfish. The isolated taurine accounts for 1. 28% ofdry shellfish and yield of isolation was 64%.
