摘 要:目的:本文对89例急性脑梗患者在超早期生物电康复治疗与康复护理研究,拟探讨脑梗死超早期康复训练的治疗对策。方法:采用BUT-610型生物反馈治疗仪,电极电源为50~60Hz,每日一次,每日30min,10d为一疗程。共两疗程,康复护理被动训练主要设计为床上训练,坐位、站立平衡,步行训练和日常生活能力。结果:治疗后ADL均显著高于二组,P〈0.01。同组比较治疗后ADL指数也显著较治疗前高,P〈0.01。结论:生物电对患肢实行早期康复护理训练加治疗是提高疾病预后和生活质量的主要措施。Objective:Toexplre the therapeutic methods of Renabilitation training inearly-aute cerebral infarction, by investigating of bioelec-tricity Renabilitation treatment and nursing to 89 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Use SUT- 610 biofeed back therapeatic equipment, electrical source 50-60Hz 30minuees everyday. 10 day one period, two periods for this investigation, Renabilitation mursing passive training contains training on bed, balance of siting and erect position, walking and life ability. Results: ADL of the frist group is signifyi lently higher than that of the second grounp (P〈0.01). ADL exponent aftertreatment was also prominently higher than pretreatment(P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: Bioelec-tricity was the main measure to improving theprognosis of disease, and life qulity in the early Renabilitation training and therapy of acrebral infaretion patients.
