精神病人消化系统感染原因分析及对策

摘　　要：目的：为了降低精神病人消化系统感染发病率。方法：通过对全院职工感染知识及操作方法的培训,以及对病人实施健康教育,加强三级质控管理,提高了医护人员、卫生员、后勤工作人员的感染知识及操作技能。结果：通过几年的努力,使我院精神病人消化系统的感染发病率从1999年的39.68%,逐渐降至2005年的13.11%。结论：有效的管理及防范可以明显地降低精神病人的消化系统感染率,同时还可以降低病人的住院成本,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。Objective： To reduce digestive infection incidence of mental patients. Methods： Through trained the whole staff of our hospital about infection knowledge and operation methods,implemented health education to patients and energized third level qualily control management,medical professionals health workers and logistic workers were improved infection knowledge and operation skills. Results：Through our several years efforts, digestive infection incidence of the mental patients in our hospital had gradually reduced from 39.68% in 1999 to 13.11% in 2005. Conclusion： Effective management and precaution measures can obviously reduce digestive infection incidence and hospitalization cost of the mental patients. It also can improve social and economic effectiveness of our hospital.
