栀子提取物T9对单纯疱疹性病毒角膜炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的：观察栀子提取物T9对单纯疱疹性角膜炎的治疗效果.方法：HSVI感染BALB/C小鼠受伤的角膜,感染后用不同剂量的栀子提取物T9以不同的给药途径给予各组小鼠,以病毒唑为阳性对照,接种病毒8d内,眼角膜每天经荧光素钠染色后,裂隙灯下观察对小鼠病毒性角膜炎模型的治疗作用.结果：栀子提取物T9具有明显的抗单纯疱疹作用.结论：栀子提取物T9对病毒性角膜炎有明显的治疗作用.Objective：To evaluate therapeutic efficacy of Gardenia extract T9 against experimental herpes simplex keratitis（HSK） in BALB/C mouse. Methods：HSV I infects injured BALB/C mouse cornea. Different doses of Gardenia extract T9 are given to every group mouse by different administration routs after infected. Ribavirin is used as a positive control. Mouse cornea is observed by slit - lamp examination after dyeing fluorescein - natrium within 8 days so as to evaluate the effect process. Results： Gardenia extract T9 have an apparent therapeutic efficacy to resist HSV. Conclusion：The experiment indicated that Gardenia extract T9 could be markedly effect in treatment of HSK.
